The purpose of the Book 'Em Event is to raise public awareness of the connection between high
illiteracy rates and high crime rates. Proceeds raised
from the Book ‘Em event will be used to promote literacy
in a variety of ways.
Therefore, we are asking that each author donate a
portion of each book sold during the event to the
Book 'Em Foundation. We are requesting that the minimum
donation be 40%, which is the minimum discount to
retailers. Many publishers have been very generous in
donating 100% of the book sales. |

multiple formats of a book, please indicate the format
in parentheses following the title. For each title,
indicate the genre and the audience (children, teen,
adult, etc). List the ISBN and the retail price, and

donated to the Book 'Em Foundation.
